The Egg Nog Social will be held on
Sunday, January 2nd, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the
Firehouse.
A special meeting to finalize the preparation for the Egg Nog Party
is scheduled for tonight, Tuesday, Dec. 14th at Edgar’s Pub. This is
a change from Ray’s Café where it had originally been scheduled.
This meeting is open to all members who wish to participate in the
preparation for this event.

On Oct. 21st, 2010, a special
meeting was held at our law offices to perform the judging
of the Halloween Posters submitted by the Sea Girt
Elementary School students in our Chamber sponsored
Halloween Poster Coloring Contest. We had a great turn out
of members and friends to perform the judging. Pat Sharin
(Diane Turton Realtors) did an outstanding job of
orchestrating the sequence of events with
Principal/Superintendent Steve LaValva, and the new school
art teacher, Mariagrace Welsh. Awards were presented by Pat
and Council President, Fred Neimeyer, to the winning entries
on the evening of October 27th at the Borough Council
Meeting.
The Chamber plans to discuss, at this week’s meeting, the
Egg Nog party on January 2nd at the Fire House. We are
hopeful of seeing some beautiful displays to greet our
customers and residents as they enter our business district.
We have moved up the Annual Chamber Holiday gathering from
January to December 7th at Fratello’s at 5:30. See below.
